We thanking you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or offer advertisements. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations the order is not shipped by us,  then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for a refund due to product fault, delivery of the wrong product(s), partial product, etc the refund will be processed.

As a user, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse. You agree and understand that not all products can be returned, all product pages have information about the return of the specific product. You understand and agree that the decision about a product being damaged/faulty/incorrect shall rest solely with Us. Any disputes in this direction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra only.

 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

In case a User has received a delivery of incorrect/damaged/short-supplied products, we offer a 100% replacement/refund, including forward and reverse freight, GST, etc.

The refund for incorrect or damaged goods shall be at the sole discretion of Javi Forward Enterprises Pvt Ltd. In a case, where the User's claim about invalid or damaged goods is faulty or invalid, we may or may not accept the return request at our sole discretion.

If the user has received correct/in good condition/complete or excess supply and still wants to return the products, we shall refund in cash or in-store credit the amount, after deducting the forward and reverse freight charges and restocking charges of 10% of the order value plus applicable GST.

The User can send an email of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to hello@fabrikaa.com with the following in the body of the email:

  • Your order number
  • The shipping ID or item number
  • A brief description of the reason for the return
  • And tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.

The user has to register the refund/replacement claim within 7 days of the delivery of the product. You can raise a claim via email as stated above. We will not entertain any claim made after 7 days of receipt of an order.

The final decision between offering a refund or replacement shall lie with Us only, irrespective of the User's preference for either.

We shall entertain no request for replacement/refund of a product if it has been changed, damaged, printed, embroidered or altered in any form at the User's end, under any circumstances. In the event of the returned goods being found used, mutilated, or altered in any form from how they were sent, we would not be able to offer any resolution and the goods shall be sent back to You at Your cost. All decisions pertaining to refunds shall be at the sole discretion of Javi Forward Enterprises Pvt Ltd only.

 

PACKAGING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN

To return an item, please pack them in a transport-worthy box/ bag. Please include your name, postal address, email address, and telephone number, as well as your order number and shipping ID. We encourage you also to include a brief description of the reason for the return.

On case to case basis, either We may or may not pay for the logistics for the return of the products purchased. If in a situation that cost has to be borne by You, You would be notified of the same. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a traceable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.

 

REFUND

If your order is eligible for a refund, you will be required to send the goods back to Us at an address communicated to you over email. Upon receipt of the goods, necessary quality checks shall be carried out. This activity can take between 24 to 96 hours. Thereafter, if the returned products are found eligible for a refund, the refund process shall be initiated.  Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such a return. It can take between 3-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the respective account.
